		<description>Been a lot of anti-PR spam sentiment this month!   Gosh.

I also blogged on this topic from the perspective of a PR software provider.  Would love to know your thoughts on our suggestions.  Not really gone for a &#039;bill of rights&#039; as such more how to use web-based tools so that journalists can have more control over the content they receive.
