Which brain are you?

{ Tags: None \ Oct29 }

A link I got from Neville Hobson’s blog. It’s a test that determines what type of thinker you are. Left sided or right sided. Now, I’ve been told that there are two different types of PR people: there’s the guy who’s the creative type, a bit wacky and his/her desk will replicate a bomb site. Then there’s the organised guy, very orderly, no mess, everything written down in lists. All in perfect harmony.

I’ve always thought I was the latter. I hate disorganisation and I like to know what’s going on. But the results of this test show otherwise. Perhaps I’m a bit of both?

Results:

Right Brain |||||||||||| 44%
Left Brain |||||||||||| 46%

And it goes on to say:

“Overall you appear to have fairly Equal Hemispheres.”

Not sure if this is a good thing or not? Which sided thinker are you?

    Hello mate, thought i’d join you on the wonderful world of blogging. Although i’m new as you know, could you give me some pointers to the uses and what you think i should include. Or should i just comment on the things i think are important? any way i hand it over to you o-be-one. But remember “do you know what nemesis means”. oh last point how did you do the test in your blog to find out which side of the brain you are??

    Dude,

    Have you downloaded the RSS reader we talked about? If you have, let me know and I’ll email you some useful marketing and PR blogs. That way you’ll get a feel for what people are talking about.

    The content of your blog is up to you. If you want it to help raise your profile, talk about international marketing and comment on other marketers’ blogs.

    Anyway, hit me up via Skype and we’ll talk further.

    Oh, and here’s the link for the test.

    I can’t download the reader as i’m using the universities computers, as my lap top has seen better days as you can probably remember.

    The other issue i was wondering about was the ‘power’ of blogger discussion. As i wondered how this would effect organisations and what can they do to either eliminate it or take the suggestions on board.

    I’ll be on skype for most of the day, so give me a ring.

    Thanks
